| Frequent Questions or Concerns
1) Water isnt hot or cold.
First check your electrical outlet, if that is OK then call customer service. 2) Cold water is OK, but there is no hot water. On some water coolers there is an off and on switch on the back of the cooler. Check to see if it is turned on. If the switch is on and there is still no hot water after 10 minutes then call customer service. 3) Water not cold enough.
1st excessive usage. Is cooler being used so much that it cant keep up. 2nd not enough wall clearance. Cooler must have at least 2 inches clearance sides and back. If none of these sound like your problem, or the cold water is warm, then call customer service. 4) No water comes out.
If no water comes out of either faucet, the water reservoir may have frozen up. This can be caused by not enough wall clearance, or possibly a defective cold control. Freeze up is more common in warm weather. If the cooler has good clearance and still is freezing then please call customer service. If water comes out of one faucet but not the other than its most likely a defective faucet, and you will need to call customer service. 5) Water leaks.
Most leaks are caused by pin hole leaks in the water bottle itself. This in turn causes the cooler reservoir to over flow. If you notice water on the floor when you pick up a bottle this is a good sign that it has a leak. Dont put it on, and then call customer service and let them know that you have a leaking bottle. If you have a leaking cooler first try a different bottle on the cooler, if the leaking does not stop or seem excessive than take the bottle off, and drain all the water out then call customer service. 6) Noisy cooler.
A water cooler in good working order will sound much like your refrigerator does. The hot water tank may also make some boiling water sounds for short periods while the water heater is on. These are normal sounds and not much can be done about them. If your cooler is making rattling or loud banging type noise then please unplug it and call customer service. 7) Electrical needs.
A cold only or cook & cold cooler draws about 1.2 amps of power, and a hot & cold cooler draws about 6 amps of power.
If you have any questions not answered here please feel free to call either customer service or the cooler service department. Customer Service 1-800-232-7332 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
